SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with MukodesignUK, a trading name of DM AMBALAJ LTD (company number 13345920).

DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.

FREE UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. No minimum order value is required.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order has been confirmed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

If an exceptional delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

DELIVERY SERVICE AND ESTIMATED TIME

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48®.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is a delivery estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery to some postcodes may take longer.

Under normal circumstances, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Weekends, bank holidays, unusually busy periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend this timeframe.

TRACKING

When your order has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mukadder@rmpacks.com and include your order number. We will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail and take the appropriate action.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them, in accordance with applicable law.

Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at mukadder@rmpacks.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please submit a cancellation request through your customer account or contact us as soon as possible at mukadder@rmpacks.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy will apply.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or restricts your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer law.
